We organize campaigns for raising environmental awareness of citizens and we promote the principle of extended responsibility of manufacturer. For the purposes of our clients and suppliers, we conduct education, actions and media promotions in order to raise public awareness of the importance of recycling and responsible waste management.

Business in accordance with the highest environmental standards, application of socially responsible business and circular economy are recognized as the goals of sustainable development of Serbian economy.

Through its services, Ekostar Pak increases the capacities of the Serbian economy for responsible waste management and provides application of the principle of extended responsibility of manufacturers, which is defined as a legal obligation of legal entities by the Law on Waste Management and the Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste. Companies – importers, fillers and manufacturers of products packed in packaging fulfil their legal obligations by cooperating with Ekostar Pak, which on their behalf organizes collection of packaging from end users and its reuse and recycling in accordance with prescribed national goals.

In collaboration with clients, collection companies, recyclers and public utility companies, Ekostar Pak organizes campaigns for raising awareness of citizens on the importance of recycling in environmental protection and conducts waste collection. It promotes social and personal activism of the individual and provides support to many organizations, civic associations, educational and cultural institutions, sports clubs, manifestations wishing to conduct their activities in accordance with responsible environmental practices. Ekostar Pak works on the education of citizens, with special focus on children and young people, and through many activities mobilizes the community to care about the environment.

For the purposes of clients and other stakeholders, we may organize various activities:

• Campaigns, environmental activities, garbage collection activities, planting trees and many other activities directed to promote environmental protection.
• Creative workshops and education in kindergartens and schools, environmental manifestations and game shows.
• Internal and external trainings, lectures, trainings, forums, environment-themed conferences, media appearances.
