We take responsibility for packaging placed on the market of the Republic of Serbia by manufacturers and importers, and we provide fulfilment of legally prescribed goals for reuse and recycling of packaging waste.
WHO DOES EKOSTAR PAK PROVIDE ITS SERVICES TO?
Ekostar Pak pruža svoje usluge svim zakonskim obveznicima, a to su proizvođači, uvoznici, pakeri/punioci i isporučioci robe široke potrošnje upakovane u ambalažu, koja se proizvodi ili uvozi, a plasira na teritoriji Republike Srbije.
ADVANTAGES OF MEMBERSHIP
By concluding the agreement with Ekostar Pak, legal entities delegate all their legal obligations, referring to treatment of packaging waste, to the System Operator (Ekostar Pak), which assumes responsible management of packaging waste and fulfilment of national goals and liabilities for its clients. Ekostar Pak will, through single packaging waste management system, enable members to fulfil their liabilities and will inform the competent Ministry thereof.

Upon receiving the form, Ekostar Pak will forward you the Agreement on Assumption of Liabilities based on the Law on Packaging and Packaging Waste.
